“We had leakage from the roof few years ago. And our neighbor referred Mr Callen to us. He came and figured out the problem quickly and fixed it. He is not typical roofer will always tell you that your whole roof needs to be replaced which may not be necessary. He will only tell you what needs to be done necessarily. This year our roof needed to be replaced due to hail and wind damage. Of course, we asked him to do it. Because he is reliable and he always uses high quality materials with fair price. “They did an excellent job. Upgraded my ridge vents, added turbines, re-booted and painted the vents, replaced entire perimeter with new plywood decking as the original decking was rotted at the edge of the roof, and they added new flashing. They did quality work; the nails for the moisture barrier had plastic washers to prevent tearing and rusting, the shingle nails were top quality and all nailing was done by hammer, no staples or nail guns. They put plywood over the air conditioner and in front of the garage door to keep them from getting damaged when they were removing the old roof. They cleaned up perfectly. I have not found a stray nail or shingle piece anywhere around the house. And the best part was the price was very reasonable. Actually lower than other people I have talked to that have had their roofs replaced.”
